From 1 PM to 7 PM, Black Ice Entertainment Group will host "Black Owned and Operated - The Marketplace," a 'venue for black-owned and operated businesses to sell and showcase their goods and services to thousands of consumers.'

Feast your eyes (and taste buds) on:

  • An entire food court filled with food vendors for you to choose from
  • Black Authors Lane, a section dedicated to books from black authors
  • A spring fashion show representing black clothing designers
  • Live music and entertainment, including hits played by a DJ and words from spoken word artists
  • Recruiters from some of the country's top HBCU colleges

This "Black Owned and Operated" event is more than just a shopping spree. It's a celebration. Monday, October 23rd / Loganville, GA   Carlos Brown hosted 3 showcase events this weekend in College Park, GA to give artists the opportunity to show off their musical talents. The events began on Friday with a female artist showcase where judges sat and listened to a range of music, including soft r&b all the way to hardcore rap. The following day, the showcase continued and wrapped up with an artist bootcamp.
